Warranty and Return Policy


PowerMadd guarantees its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. POWERMADD shall not be liable for damage or injury caused by defective materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage due to improper assembly or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the user of assembler
  • Products that have been modified, neglected, misused or abused or anything other than normal use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Labor required to remove and/or refit and the product.
  • Return product shipping cost This limited warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the option of PowerMadd, and is the sole remedy to the warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the PowerMadd product. In no event shall PowerMadd be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty or condition, of merchantability, fitness for a particular, or otherwise with respect to PowerMadd products except as set forth herein. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and those rights and other rights may vary from place to place. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty Return Policy

Whether you purchased your item directly from us, a dealer, online retailer or want to do a warranty evaluation, we have you covered. Simply send an email to techsupport@powermadd.com.

Please include the following:

  • Subject line: warranty
  • Item/part number you are requesting warranty on
  • Scanned copy of sales receipt if available
  • Where item was purchased: Note items not purchased directly from PowerMadd will receive replacement parts. No credit or refund will be given
  • Specific problem that you are having with the PowerMadd product
  • If possible please include photos of the problem
  • Contact information including name, address and phone number

Once received PowerMadd will evaluate your warranty. It is possible that we will call or email and request more information. Under most circumstance we will be able to resolve the warranty issue with just photos but we reserve the right to request returning the product (at the consumers cost) to better evaluate the warranty situation.

In the event that returning the product is necessary an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number will be given to you.

  • Item/part number of the product warranty is requested for
  • Specific problem that you are having with the PowerMadd product
  • Contact information including name, address and phone number

Warranty items will be sent out within 5 business day and shipped via standard ground at PowerMadd’s expense. Any other shipping the customer is required to cover the additional shipping cost.
