Windshield Heights 
Our shield height is measured from the point where the shield meets the hood straight up to the tallest point of the shield. Our Cobra snowmobile shields are offered in different heights to match your desired style and level of protection. Cobra shields are made from premium, optical-grade polycarbonate for a brilliant surface and distortion-free viewing. We use .080" thick material for a more durable, longer lasting shield.

                H8112 - Yamaha Windshield Support Brackets (pair)

                OEM style support brackets for Yamaha Apex / Attak tall (SMA-8FT96-30BK) and extra tall (SMA-8FT96-40BK) OEM windshields. Theses brackets must be installed on the OEM tall and extra tall or the windshiled will fold over at approximately 50 mph. The kit requires you to drill two holes in your dash. The kit includes two support rods, four well nuts, four screws, two washers and instructions. Support kit not required on Cobra by PowerMadd windshields.

                      This o-ring kits includes four o-rings necessary to mount certain windshields to the hood. These fasteners are placed around the windshield tabs to secure the shield to the hood.
