Racer Terms and Conditions

This agreement is made by and between “Rider”and PowerMadd Inc. The Rider agrees to promote PowerMadd products in accordance with the following terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Exclusive Sponsor
The Rider agrees that he/she will use exclusively PowerMadd Handguards in training for and competing in events during the agreement period.  During the Agreement Period, Rider shall promote and recommend PowerMadd Handguards exclusively as detailed below:

Promotion
The promotion of PowerMadd products to media, fans, and other racers is greatly appreciated.  Rider agrees to the following promotional expectations:

     Announcements
     Rider will announce PowerMadd as one of their sponsors in interviews and public addresses.  

     Logo and Decal Placement
          •PowerMadd decals will be placed on at least two (2) locations on the race vehicle.
          •Where applicable, the rider will display large PowerMadd decal stickers or graphics on race trailers.

     Photos
     PowerMadd requests photos of the Rider whenever possible for use in our promotional materials, on our website and in collateral materials.  

     Product Placement
     PowerMadd Handguards will be installed and used on all race, demonstration, and support vehicles.  

Term
The term of this Agreement shall be for the racing season commencing upon acceptance of this agreement and ending on November 1st. Each year, after September 1st, the Rider will need to re- submit the racer form for sponsorship for the next season.  

Release
In consideration for eligibility to receive a PowerMadd sponsorship program, I irrevocably release to PowerMadd at its sole discretion to unlimited usage of rider’s name, photographs and race results for advertising, mass media (print, electronic, radio, television) and public relations purposes.
I am fully aware of the hazards and dangers involved in racing and hereby assume all risks involved in my participation in such events. I acknowledge that PowerMadd and its employees have no control over the planning, organization and/or managing of such events. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify PowerMadd and its employees and agents from all personal injuries and/or damages caused by participating in such events.
